How to Watch the UEFA Champions League
Being such a popular tournament, the broadcast rights for the Champions League varies throughout the world. In the U.S., CBS has the English language rights through 2030. They'll broadcast it across multiple properties: all the matches on Paramount+ and bigger games on CBS Sports Network and CBS. So, Paramount+ is the streaming home for all the Champions League action.
For the Spanish broadcast, rights are owned by TelevisaUnivision. They'll broadcast it on TUDN, Univision and Unimas. For cord cutters, you can stream all the action on Univision's popular Spanish language app, VIX+. Amazon Prime Video gives you access to all the VIX content and is a popular way to watch the EUFA Champions League.
In the United States, watch all the games in English on Paramount+ and select games on CBS and CBS Sports Network.
In the states, Univision has the Spanish-language rights to the UCL. Most games are on TUDN, select games on Univision and UniMás.
Paramount+ is our recommended provider
If you're looking to just stream all the action, we always prefer a relatively skinnier (and less expensive) streaming service. For the Champions League, Paramount+ fits the bill perfectly. You get access to all the UCL matches right on the app - stream it on your TV or mobile device. Picture quality is always in HD and there are plenty of features that rival watching it anywhere else.
In addition to the Champions League, Paramount+ also gives you access to a bunch of other sports: all the NFL games on CBS (at least a few games a week), Big10 action, March Madness, Serie A and Europa League soccer, etc.

Visit Paramount+Two plans to choose from
Paramount+ offers two plans, Paramount+ Essential ($7.99/mo) and Premium ($12.99/mo). Both give you access to all the Champions League (and NFL on CBS) games. The biggest difference is that Essential is ad-supported so you'll have to deal with a limited number of ads. Also, Premium gives you live access to your local CBS channel, giving you access to more sports and events.
So, the decision really comes down to ads. If you can tolerate ads, save a bit and go with the Essential plan. If you're fed up with ads, pay a bit more and upgrade to Premium. Learn more »
